Can the B-Team beat either of these teams? Neither? Both?
The first strike team would absolutely annihilate Mace's strike team, lmao.
The second round is closer but probably still the TOR strike team. Mace is the strongest on the field but the numbers advantage, as well as Marr and Satele being able to take on any member of the B-Team ( assuming Mace focuses on HoT ), makes me side with them.

How I see it is basically this:
- Mace vs. HoT / Barsen'thor / Wrath - team 2 sweeps.
- Kit vs. Nox - Nox wrecks him like a worthless scum.
- Saesee vs. Champion, Cipher Nine and Republic counterparts - Champion solos, with the others they can basically grab his head while the others cut his throat lmfao.
Really, there isn't a matchup where Team 1 isn't stomped.

Agen Kolar vs. Jakkaro / Theron / Shae Vizla - team 2 wins everytime.
