Mace Windu - RotS, no prior knowledge on Tuk'atas.
Tuk'ata - the greatest of them all in the entire history of Korriban.

Combat area - Valley of the Dark Lords - no outside interference.
Starting distance - 15 meters.

Bonus: If Mace loses, add in Obi-Wan Kenobi and Kit Fisto. If Tuk'ata loses, add one good Terentatek.
