I feel like Luke is more durable (can tank swarms of bullets like they're a mild breeze, whereas terminators can still be damaged), but Pops is physically stronger (holding a school bus, with one hand IIRC, >>> stopping a speeding SUV). Interesting match up. I'd say Pops takes it, in a drawn out fight, but he's taking some damage in the process.

Probably this one, at 2:20 odd:
Luke has better overall durability feats (especially notable in areas such as heat and acid, relative to terminators), but I have a hard time seeing him do what Pops did there. Because once he lets go at 2:43, that whole thing drops.
