I mean, Vader's probably closer to Sidious in raw power than he is in mastery, and he's got cybernetics and an armored suit.

He's quite a bit slower though, I imagine Sidious would just dismantle him.

I think Sidious's speed advantage and Vader's limited mobility make this pretty clear.
