confirmed the creative team. Artists Steve NcNiven, Leinil Yu, Adam Kubert, Greg Land and Salvador Larocca — as hinted at in this week’s teasers — will be illustrating Cullen Bunn’s story.

long-time readers may recognize “Monsters Unleashed” as the title of a black-and-white magazine published by Marvel in the 1970s, and featuring the adventures of Man-Thing, Werewolf by Night and Frankenstein’s Monster.

That's possible, Since its suppose to be every monster in the Marvel Universe going all out in big attack

The event will see a multitude of Marvel’s monsters—and that’s whether they’re “good” monsters like Groot or Devil Dinosaur, or villainous ones like Fin Fang Foom—teaming up to conquer the Earth.

This might be fun. I'll give it a go. 👆

Would be cool to see Werewolf by Night and Cho duke it out like Banner did in the past.

Lol...can't wait to see some of Greg Land's art for this

going to have some of the monster's based on porno poses.

For what it's worth, I did like how Land depicted the zombies in Ult. F4.

Hopefully we'll see the same type of artwork in this title. /shrug

none of the monster are especially powerful though. i could be forgetting some, but the 'typical' monster characters like vamps, werewolves, dragons etc,... none of them were ever depicted as really powerful. if we include demons that changes things obviously. what's everyone's vote for most powerful 'monster' in marvel?

I'm pretty sure its going to include all the monster's not just the typical ones

alot of the other ones that appeared in the Journey into Mystery, Tales to Astonish etc.

Excluding demons(for reasons you mentioned), there are still quite a few powerful 'monsters': FFF, Wendingo, Man-Thing, Grogg, Khlog, Xemnu, Dracula/Vampires, etc.

There's a page on the internet with alot of the monster's, I'm sure there's more but it seems whoever runs the page is adding more over time

Discussing the plot of “Monsters Unleashed,” Bunn said, “The reasons behind the monster invasion is a bit of a mystery for the heroes to try to figure out. There is a power at work here, a power that has a history going back thousands of years, a power that has impacted numerous worlds besides Earth.” He continued, “Early on, we’re going to meet a young man who has the incredible ability to summon monsters out of thin air. Whether these creatures come from the depths of the Earth or the depths of space, this guy can call them up in the blink of an eye.
