Pretty sure it's been established that Goten & Trunks >> 17 & 18

By who and when?

Goten needed super saiyan to beat his mom.goten may have been as strong as gohan buy both goku and vegeta comment how his super form was a lot weaker than it use to be. Androids win

As Mighty Mask, yes. Both were at base.

Either of the kids solo in SSJ

I'm not sure you can conclude anything from the Mighty Mask fight (anime).

If anything it shows Android 18 as being able to take on Trunks AND Goten in SSJ state for a few moments after they ditched the costume.
