Revan and The Outlander, and it isn't close.

The game suggests otherwise. It seemed pretty solid on the idea that even if the SoR strike force teamed up with Revan against Vitiate they'd still lose. It's insane but that's how it's presented.

That appears to be the case. Although if any two could get close to defeating him it's those two.
