He can burn the oxygen around Herc... that trick worked for GR when he faced the Hulk. Herc is no Hulk and Johnny's control over flames is greater.

Thunderclap would work in comics, but in a forum scenario, HT is not likely to get close enough to Herc for that strategy to work...

don't think i've seen johnny pull that trick... in a ring scenario, johnny also has only so far he can run. and herc can jump...really far. herc could launch debris and as johnny deals with it follow it and ko him easily with a hit or t-clap. not impossible for torch to take one, but i can't see him doing more than that.

He's done better things, like absorbing all the heat from Graviton's body:

Replicating GR's feat should be a piece of cake with that degree of control, imho. But I can't recall HT doing it either, so let's leave it for now.
