As long as we've seen her make use of a lightsaber competently and she's presumably put some time towards training with one then presumably she wouldn't be shit, given her Force affinity. "Not shit" is about as far as I'd stretch it without more compelling evidence.
Vitiate has no documented training or showings with a lightsaber. He also clearly specialises more as a ranged combatant than close-quarters melee and lacks the kind of combat sense that training provides, e.g allowing himself to be put on his ass by a weakened Revan twice on a nexus, and walking into the weakened Hero's lightsaber, albeit weakened, and again on a nexus.
There's a fair chance she isn't. Even if she has that greater natural affinity with the Force, her training and experience could be far inferior, which could factor in if Koon uses a fighting style she's entirely unfamiliar with.
Koon is shit though. I honestly think he's a generic, boring albeit somewhat charming Jedi master who some people cling to because they have to like a character that isn't mainstream, like Obi-Wan. When they realise he doesn't have a great amount of depth and is lackluster to debate for, they get mighty upset. Truth is, either way, Plo is a punching bag for versus debates. Same with Ti, and to an extent Kit although Kit is cooler. I struggle to think of another minor character aside from say, Legends Quinlan, who has much of a personality beyond stoic Jedi.

That seems fair. But from what you do know of her technical skill as a fencer, is that enough to rank her above Plo as a duelist? Unless we just don't think that highly of Koon, lmao.
We know she learned everything inside the Jedi Temple Archives, and beyond, which includes all seven forms of lightsaber combat in its database, IIRC, as well as a good portion of Jedi history and some of it's battles... I'd say that's some decent knowledge of combat.
She's also been noted as mastering Ataru and being an Exotic Weapons Specialist, which master some of the hardest disciplines that the Order can teach.
