yes but thats part of the character. thats batman and his suit like it or not. if we want to judge them as pure and natural, then it would be bruce vs matt with no suits no nothing.
matt is one of marvel's top martial artists. however what always keeps him IMO under captain america, batman and black panther, is strength and durability. those guys are peak to enhanced human level at those stats. daredevil is only athletic level in strength and durability. his skills yeah they are top notch. but its not enough.

Bruce (Pre-Flashpoint) knows every martial art on the planet. DD is certainly not more skilled than him. both are peak human, in general. Batman has some insane feats in dealing with metas, just like DD. Batman gets the slight edge, IMO, but it's a good fight.

Yes, in terms of beings far more powerful than him. But in random fights against fighters, he tends to do very well. Even if he loses the first time, he always adapts.
