If same mindset as against Obi-Wan, then Vader looses all, but maybe Sabers. If not, then he wins all.

Vader. Ulic doesn't have those advantages that Kenobi had.

You're right. He has other advantages such as being physically superior and logically more powerful.

Qel-Droma is better than Obi-Wan. I might get hanged for saying this, but also possibly better than even Dooku and Windu. Hindered Vader isn't beating him for a majority in any round.

Nah, he isn't better than Mace or Dooku imo. Agree, thought, that hindered Vader loses.

Vader dominates him. Obi Wan is the master of a style that just happens to be the best for the situation he was in, knew Anakin's moves inside and out, fought on hazardous terrain suitable for exploiting Vader's emotional turmoil, and of course heightened said turmoil via his presence. Despite all that he was still on the defensive for most of the fight. And I'm not convinced that Ulic is Obi Wan's match or superior with a blade.
