Scourge thinks she's stronger than Satele Shan, and Kreia thinks that Surik's powerful enough to telekinetically haul one of the ships orbiting Malachor V and in its gravity well, whilst "drowned in the dark side".
Then there's the fact that Traya on a colossal geyser of dark side energies couldn't overcome Surik with her powers, and on neutral ground, Traya's Drained to death the remnants of the Jedi Council, comprised of three Masters, each of whom could do this:

Regarding my point about strength, Traya wasn't even moved by an enraged Wookiee's strike (Chewbacca tore apart TIE fighters, IIRC), and Surik overcame Traya on a colossal geyser of DS energies, before improving. Can't see Surik being majorly affected by Savage's strength.
Of course, I'm using KotOR II versions here. The novel version would lose, yeah.

Hmm....is that good enough to put her above Obi-Wan in Sabers and/or All-out? Force she imo wins, not getting ragdolled by an Dooku-Tier opponent on a DS Nexus is impressive.

At her absolute strongest? Above Traya, as both Sion and Traya forecast in KotOR II.
She doesn't keep that status for long, though. Also, she's much more of the "inherently powerful" type, rather than the "dominate everyone/destroy everything" type. She's much more of a generalist with regards to the Force as well, specializing only in Sever Force and Force Bonds.
EDIT: Never mind, I thought you were asking me about Meetra. For Traya, she's above Dooku's tier, clearly. I wouldn't quite put her on par with someone like Vader in terms of raw power, of course. With knowledge and mastery, I'd put her above Vader, tbh.
