Apocalypse at his best vs Despero

Who wins? Where does Apocalypse's telepathic powers compare to other like Xavier and Emma Frost?

Despero stomps.

I'll be honest my Apoc knowledge? Sketchy. But what i know doesnt make me think he can beat Despero.

He has held his own against High E he was able to restrain Hulk I think he beat Ikaris and he has Celestial Tech.

Apocalypse could win this, if allowed the use of his powers and tech resources. Apoc isn't exactly a weakling either. His problem comes in the form of very few showings over the years though, so good luck standing behind this guy.
