(Social) Drinks, Saturdays, and Stories

Well, yerssot has been ragging on me to open a new drinking thread. Apparently, no one has opened an alcohol related thread for some time. It's not Whiskey Thursday, so we can't play that game. Perhaps this Saturday calls for drinks and stories. Let's have some.

I'll get things rolling. *opens a beer* The other day, I was playing sand volleyball, which is of course, in bare feet. I ran to get the ball in the corner of the court, and I stepped on a root. It split my foot completely open. But guess what? I kept playing. Arn't I a stud? 🙄

Oh, yeah, girls are playing. *sips beer* In a team of six, my team has four girls.

We must be very intimidating. Because we play in this crummy bar league, and were six young, good looking kids out there against a bunch of run down middle agers.

Don't see attraction of beer... I prefer red wine and vodka (altho not mixed together!). Can I still join in, even though I'm drinking WKD not beer?
