FBI tells congress they don't have the right to know.

Then Congress signs and hits the FBI with a subpoena on live television.

Today one of the people who used bleachbit pleads the fifth before congress.

And Bryan Pagliano exercised skips the congressional summons and takes the fifth for the entire congressional summons and hearing.

Okay the more of these hearings I watch and the more I see how people just dodge and dodge and can't even answer a simple yes or no question. Or when they just ask them to explain something and they begin to talk about something else..it's just disturbing. Does everyone have ADD or something?

EDIT: I also feel kind of bad for the FBI guy though. You can tell he was in over his head. They said this was his first time, it's like the FBI tossed him under the bus.

It's called obstruction of justice.
