Top comicbook movie bad guys...

Out of all the villians that have yet appeared in a comicbook movie, who is/are the baddest based on:

1) Combat effectiveness...
2) Ruthlessness...
3) On screen presence (awe/fear producing factor)...

Red Skull/Hydra stay in business for over 90 years and was able to hide under everybody nose in Shield.

Joker, not 1 but his high grade in the other two categories put him up there for sure

Kilgrave should get a mention, even though he isn't strictly a movie character (though he is a part of the MCU). He's not exactly a great combatant but, unless you happen to be Jessica, he can literally just tell you to strangle yourself, jump off a bridge, take a knife and stab yourself... you get the picture.

Also, he is a complete and total sociopath, who will do whatever he wants, whenever he wants. Which is also why he fits well into the fear/awe category. Because he is a total psycho who can make anyone do whatever he wants, he does some horrible and cruel things to some people, and you never really know how far he was about to go at any given point. Plus, the show really did a good job of conveying the sheer powerlessness people feel while under his control.

Even moreso than Joker due to the far superior combat effectiveness because of the reasons you named.

Ozymandias he fooled his teammates and Dr Manhattan.

Superman should get a mention, I mean just look at all the damage he was responsible for.

Weight it compared to the whole planet being enslaved if not for him nothing would have stop Zod.

Obviously Ozy... Duh

He wasn't about to let Zod take his pets away.
