I wouldn't rely on it, due to sources' inconsistency. TCW is closer to movies, where Force useres weren't faster or much faster, then non-Force users.
Stover's Anakin would stomp Clovis, while I doubt, that in TCW Vastor would be even in half as strong as he was in "Shatterpoint".

Anyway, Stover's Vastor > Stover's unarmed Anakin. Especially on Haruun Kal. Until ofc, Anakin wont be hindered to use the Force the way Mace did.
