If so its a close match that arguments can be made either way for.
Carol has the edge in physicals (CCB doesnt amp Courtney quite that much).
I'd say courtney has the edge in energy manip. Though honestly this is due more to other users of earlier lesser powered cosmic/star rods showing higher feats.
