Batman might win, but he does not have the H2H feats at this point to suggest he could "destroy" Nobu. Also, does Batman have his suit, or is he in street clothes? The suit armour could play a major factor in this fight.

Never said he doesn't hit hard, or that he loses. But Matt has only ever KO'd Nobu by either setting him on fire, or tossing him off a balcony/roof. Nobu is pretty damn tough, being an immortal uber ninja. Plus, Batman still has to land hits on someone who has better overall feats of skill and fighting speed. So it's not going to be a cakewalk.
