If Cell beat Gohan, absorbed everyone, blew himself up a few times for the zenkaii..? Or maybe just trained, seeing he has "Freeza genes".

He inherited zenkai's from Saiyan Cell's, and Piccolo's regen, so probably.

He can probably do a Genkai Dama, too.
