Why is this specifically helpful though? In order to achieve victory he would have to get in close to try to physically disable Spider-Man and that isn't going to end well for him.
His only possible ranged attack is webbing and it would honestly be something better deployed against Falcon at close range so he could more or less drag him in close with it if need be.
He has ranged attacks, but Spider-Man himself is also very fast and very agile and can maneuver in ways even Falcon can't.
Then take into account he has unlimited webbing and if it comes to some kind of chase all it takes is one properly placed shot of the stuff in order to gunk up the gears inside Falcon's flight suit thingy.
Falcon would have an easier time if you had made this out in some open field, but you put this in NYC.
It debatable imo His agility was rather high.
