Reading through, it's downright disgusting how this was handled even after the fact. Despite this being caught on camera, looks like nothing's happened.

I always find inept criminals hilarious.

This is disgusting to see, it also does suck when a few bad apples give the entire bunch a bad name.

Hopefully something will come of the lawsuit.

What I don't get is why mess with the peaceful protesters when you have a treasurer trove of the non-peaceful kind that you wouldn't have to fabricate anything about.

What was he protesting? If he was trying to protest in the middle of a highway dui checkpoint, which I think he was doing, then he deserves all those tickets. This is all pretty vague. And, why would the ACLU want to sue if this guy is in the right? Punish the officers, not the tax payers.
