Traya, Tyranus, Thanaton (from the greek god of death, Thanatos). Darth Tenebrous would be better as Darth Tenebrae, with a proper, aristocratic latin instead of a unwashed english.

And for the record Caedus is based on the Latin Caedo. Which means to slaughter/slaughter. Not sure how that sounds even remotely like a disease. Maybe if you pronounce it with a soft c for some reason.

"Darth Traya" is a shit name, tbh. As is Darth Sion. Nihilus is better, but not among the best, IMO.
