Edit: Malgus is still more relevant than Jaina tbh, I have him ~ Dooku

Malgus isn't substancially less relevant than the Outlander. Even if you consider the solo run as the canon one, the HoT states that Malgus lightsaber form was flawless and that he only lost due to the hopelessness of his situation.
