When he's fighting Zannah who's just as powerful as him, sure. Or Kas'im who rushed him and who Bane wasn't aware he'd surpassed yet. As you say, when against clearly inferior opponents he has no problem using the Force.
Theres no real reason why Bane couldn't or wouldn't just smack Kenobi aside. The duo couldn't reach him before he can do that and Bane is certainly good enough to use it mid-duel.

Bane uses the Force just as much as his lightsaber. And this isn't RoT Bane, he's far more tactical than you give him credit for. Kenobi isn't withstanding an attack from Bane when he failed to do so against Dooku. Bane can quickly force push him into a wall or hit him with lightning, it hardly takes long to raise your hand.
If Dooku was able to take Kenobi out while fighting Anakin then Bane can do the same. He can force Anakin to a distance to manage it for sure.
Dooku's better than Bane at fighting two Jedi at once, and just more skilled in general. And has shown more of a penchant for chaining Force attacks mid-duel. From the opening area of the fight, Bane doesn't have many areas to throw Obi-Wan into, and he's never started a fight with TK, either. It's a stretch to assume he'd do so.
I wonder where the theory that DoE Bane doesn't abuse the Force comes from... His duel with Zannah? He was facing his nigh-equal/potential superior in that, so it makes sense he'd wanna make it a martial engagement.
He's also far more intelligent than RoT, bloodlust Bane, and would thus abuse it if he deems so neccessary.

Bane's attacks are more devastating and his force mastery is greater than Dooku's. Bane has used the Force mid-duel as well. He has plenty of places to throw him, lol. It's the same place he was thrown and taken out. Bane has started plenty of fights using the force against fodder. Which is what Kenobi is to Bane. If Bane's facing two opponents he's not going to be a moron and fight at a disadvantage. He'd leverage his superior powers and even the odds safely.
I think he can duplicate it, but Anakins form 5 strenght against Banes would a fight to see.
I would see Bane realizing and knowing OBi wans Form 3 all to well
hell he trained someone in it so he would just use the force and remove OBi from the fight similar to Dooku.
Even if he is amp'd by palpatine's words Bane wouldnt tire out so easily, there physical strength is comparable.
Those two would be fighting for a good long time.
