Meetra Surik , Anoon Bondara, Old Master Maul (Rebels), Kas'im, Kanan Jarrus, Sedriss QL, Sariss, Kylo Ren, Sarro Xaj, Bastila Shan, and CW Shaak Ti

Who stands the best chance at winning?

All these are circumstantial obviously and can probably be blamed on shitty writing, but it still happened and lapses like these show why he will never be Mace and Dooku tier.
