The stomping part is lolworthy. Scrouge stomps Kolar, but the Daughter not Ragnos?

Kolar stomped Vos, and is one of the finest Swordsmen the Jedi Order ever had.

Or, if you want exact specifics, he's shown as a direct equal to end of Act II HoT.

Kolar is good, but scourge wins in a decent fight. He has far too many notches under his belt to be undermined by Kolar handily beating Vos, who's wasn't at the height of his abilties.
