Amped Nejaa Halcyon vs Obi-Wan Kenobi

Halcyon in the state he was in when he defeated Nikkos Tyris with ease.

vs ROTS Obi-Wan

2. Force

3. All-Out

Halcyon was basically dead at this point, lol. He isn't winning sabers. Obi-Wan's also pretty damn durable. I doubt Halcyon could crush his bones ala Tyris.

If Halcyon survives, then he definitely takes Kenobi in force pretty quickly.

Who would be a good rival of his in force while amped?

He'd probably throw Obi-Wan, but not kill him. And then he'd succumb to his wounds.
