For a majority: Luke, Yoda, Sidious, Anakin, Caedus, Plagueis, Tenebrous, Krayt, maybe Kun and Vader.

I could see Dooku taking a large minority.

If Windu was amped against Palpatine, it was only because of Vaapad.

From Jacen's perspective, when Luke had achieved Oneness:
