Why, then, is asking for the most recent depiction of Savage Hulk going 'off center'? If the one that fought Sun God is the most recent (as I previously thought), then he still has a serum that, according to Hulk fans, will devolve him if the going gets too rough. Which negates all of his previous high showings where he suddenly doubles his strength.

However, if as Carver asserts, Indestructible Hulk is Savage Hulk, then such concerns are moot. Of course, I always thought the Incursion storyline immediately preceded the God Doom storyline, which preceded the reboot - making THAT Hulk the most recent depiction.

I knew where you were going with that. I honestly don't know where God Doom, Doc Green, and indestructible Hulk meet at. Doc Green, Thanos vs Hulk, and the incursion was happening at the same time.

Actually, the "only way I can fathom Wonder Woman" winning this" is if she either uses a technique that exceeds or circumvents Hulk's durability and/or healing factor. That much, however, I can see easily. Classic Savage Hulk, reluctant to fight women, was choked out by Valkyrie, for instance. I believe her alias was Samantha Pendleton or something similar and this was at the behest of Enchantress, even as Amora herself was the first Valkyrie.
As mentioned before, I have little doubt the cuff less Diana (DCnU Wonder Woman forms at least some of her weapons FROM her cuffs, so "without weapons" would imply these come off as a matter of course) would be strong enough and ruthless enough to break Hulk's neck very early in the fight.

The more sedate post-crisis version would find the going a bit harder, but was noted for using her environment by the time the aforementioned Sacrifice arc was taking place. I could certainly see her doing what she did to Donna Troy, flying the two of them, once Troy had grabbed her from behind, and quickly shuttling the two of them to the Hudson or Atlantic Bay for a near drowning win.
Not hard to imagine given that we've seen Namor pulling it off just a few pages ago.

Raw speed, yes. She can still beat him because her reflexes are better.
