Characters that deserve respect

Any character you like, but other people hate?!

Let's make a game with that.

You mention one character, other person mentions another, and then one of you create a debate thread which will be exclusive to both of you ONLY, and that should be especified so no one else gets in it.

Also, it doesn't have to be hated as a character in general, but in terms of skill.

I start:

Shaak Ti (Now somebody mentions a character they hate, and he/she and I go to debate. Then another one comes in, yet, that person waits for ANOTHER person to reply, and both of them go to debate)

He's only ragdolled Late TCW Kenobi a few times and almost choked him out so TPM Kenobi > TCW Kenobi?
