Hett definitely beats him in sabers. Not sure about force, but wins in all-out too.

I feel Tholme wouldn't get easily dismembered by an all-out, post-prime Obi-Wan despite having an environmental advantage.

Tholme gives Hett cancer bu turning into smoke and filling his lungs.

Pretty sure he would, he's lost to less.

And note, this was *two years* after RotS. We aren't talking long out of practice, this is just slightly post-prime Kenobi.
