Yes. She struggled to lift an unconscious Jedi Master at one point. Although with sufficient concentration, she can probably overcome any deficiencies in telekinesis.

Saba's repeatedly outsparred DNT Leia, but it's possible that given her potential, she's improved enough by FotJ to beat Saba. Unlikely, though, given that depictions of her haven't really improved by much.

Where does she stop, Nova?

Not sure. She's really hard to judge. And she's also a bit underwhelming at times.

5-7 in sabers only; she can stop at 5 definitely, but can't pass 7.

6-9 in Force; really depends. Guys above described how weird she is as far as Force goes.

Eh, actually, yeah, she shouldn't pass Kyle.

She has chances of taking out Kit or Saba though, due to the Force edge; that's why I gave a pretty broad margin over there.
