Solar's 'peak' was his Dynamite iteration, imo. Not only did he possess enough power to effortlessly create/destroy an infinite multiverse, but he was also truly omniscient... Max, on the other hand, was very far from all-knowing, lol.

But was Solar Omniversal?

Solar's feats blow Max's out of the water. Granted Max has a few omniversal accolades under his belt, but he never actually displayed that level of power on panel.
