Drew Karpyshun "Command of the Force" vs Actual Power

It seems like Drew uses these interchangeably, and I know he uses the terms as basically the same in the Revan novel and in one of the Bane books. Does anybody have the quote from the Bane book(s) that refers to this? I have the one from the Revan novel.
