He was a Sand Person, trained by A'sharad Hett in Teras Kasi, traveled the galaxy before meeting with Lyn and becoming a master of Teras Kasi with his Force connection becoming a whirlwind of death. He fought a ROTJ Luke Skywalker, besting him in combat but letting him live. He hunted down Darth Vader, taking him by surprise and knocking him down after he had been in a grueling fight with his apprentice(Tao, Infinities story) and then being killed by Tao.
