Jobbekin's ability to job beats them all. As for my short explanation, Anakin is not trying to kill, possibly not trying to hurt Hondo, while Vizla is a naturally better warrior who has even given Maul a stellar fight - take that as you will. Hondo's qualities remain strong in the department of charm and leadership, while everything we know about Vizla implicates fighting superiority.

No he didn't and I like how people keep taking things out of context around here. If you actually watch the full thing, it isn't even a fight really, in fact Anakin just does defense the majority of the time, he doesn't even really try to fight back at all.
