Does the Ben Kenobi scaling also apply to Ventress, as someone who can at lest compete with a superior Obi Wan?

Ziggy how are you going to feel when Rebels shows Old Ben Kenobi to be this bad ass older powerful Jedi like Count Dooku?

It will made Vader worth of his hype. Perhaps that would be good idea, but until that happen, Kenobi should be - according to Lucas himself - consider as inferior version of his ROTS self. Being unable to overhelm weaker version of Kenobi, being barely able to overhelm Ahsoka on DS nexus also makes him to look sloppy.

ANH Vader was cautious against the man who defeated him on Mustafar. That's why his fighting styled seemed slow and robotic. He wasn't going to repeat the same mistake he made last time.

He's plenty worth his hype in the new comics. Not that everyone needs massive feats to prove their power. What amazing feat does the Father have? All Yoda had prior to AOTC was lifting an X-Wing. Yet we all always knew he was an Ultra powerful Jedi.

Lucas changed his mind a lot, and he's not in charge any longer. The new comics (and Soon Rebels) have shown Kenobi wasn't just sitting around doing nothing for 19years.

This DS Nexus amp is getting seriously overrated considering it's not officially confirmed anywhere.

Vader's confirmed > Maul, Ahsoka and Kenobi- the latter 2 whom he faced and defeated.
