Darth Vader vs Yoda

Regardless Star Wars Head-to-Head is considering fictional matchups that never actually happened in continuity, so in that respect can hardly be considered canon, they are framed instead as what ifs scenarios and in that respect I would treat them as Infinities.

On the other hand I don't see any reason to dismiss the descriptions of the characters themselves as non-canon.

Ah, so it seems KMC has a limit to how much stock they put into author opinions and property published and licensed by the Lucasfilm group?

Damn who knew?

Just out of interested, can you post a scan of the fight?

I saw that, lol. I meant the "who wins" on page 64.

My agenda was never to win though my dear. Only to point out the hypocrisy running rampant on these boards.

Vader... isn't taking ROTS Sidious.

Prime Vader could be on par with ROTS Sidious.

After all he (in his Prime) bows down to OT Palpatine and not ROTS Sidious.

Ah, lal.

Still where is the proof Yoda strength in the Force atrophied by a significant degree? The book only mentioned speed and agility.

Um, your point here was to mock the idea that officially sources should be taken seriously, but now that we've debunked this one's relevance, we're back into the realm of speculation/argument, .i.e. whether Yoda is weaker by ESB.

So your point has become moot.

...So?

Sidious is stated to be the most powerful Sith ever, so, no.

My salt was real in this one. I apologize for pulling a Carthage folks, lmao.

That logic doesn't work when comparing Rebels/OT Vader to ROTS Sidious.

So maybe it's not that clear cut when comparing OT/Rebels Vader to ROTS Sidious.

RotS Sidious was pulling sh!t Vader can't dream of.

Feats of Palpatine collapsing a Cathedral while nearly dead, pls.

Not in Canon.

Feats of Vader that suggest he can tool Maul and Savage combined while showing only a glimmer of his true power, plz.

Savage and Maul got dogged by Kenobi, tbh.

I'm not impressed. 🙂

Vader isn't defeating any incarnation of his Master after 65BBY. Nor is he taking Yoda.

You're probably trolling, though. Isn't that the only thing you do nowadays?
