Also that isn't a conspiracy theory necessarily. Well, I can't speak on flooding it into ghetto's, but during Vietnam the CIA did bring back a lot of drugs into this country, we were flooded with heroin.

There was a lot of heavy heroin usage by Vietnam soldiers, and rumors that they even shipped drugs back in the body bags of dead soldiers.
