Ah, well I think Luke is solidly in Vader's tier by DE, tbh. He has the potential to move past that during certain situations, but on average I don't see him close to RotS Palpatine in power.

I'm going to examine DE again before I decide where I place DE Luke tbh. Never really cared for where he stands so didn't pay attention but these days I'm curious and there are differing opinions on where DE Luke stands.
