Valkorion's concealment techniques, that rendered him impossible to find or sense in disembodied form. And, yet, Vaylin noticed him.

Valkorion takes the cake in these areas (Sith Sorcery & Alchemy) as well. Creating life–namely Anakin Skywalker, a Force-sensitive with more potential than its creators (Darths Sidious and Plagueis) or Valkorion will ever have–is infinitely more impressive than making "quite possibly unkillable" Monoliths.

Just to put that into perspective: Vitiate created hundreds of Monoliths from others' life force, the strongest of which were put down by what, 8 people? Sidious and Plagueis effectively created an unstoppable Force-sensitive with unprecedented Force strength THROUGH THEIR OWN POWER.

In rough order off the top of my head, so probably missing something, ignoring massively amped/ritualistic ones (but allowing some), and ignoring feats dependent on powerscaling off of opponents:
