I'm pretty sure the "Sith Lords" that Galen faced in the wii versions are just simulations for jedi trials and thus not indicative of the battle prowess of the Lords themselves. All we have are brief histories, which if Tulak Hord is any indication of, make for little substance in a debate.

So taking Desolous and Phobus out, Shaak is the strongest combatant here.

Its not hype unless its stated by a person, or an ambiguous source.

He didn't, but similarly to Karkko, it took a strike team of Jedi, plus the council, to kill him. Just as well, Desolous himself admits that he took out 1,000 Jedi.

It isn't even Desolous, but something set up by the Jedi Order to mirror Desolous, so the Jedi Order also says that Desolous took out 1,000 Jedi.

He's also taken down "generations" of Jedi.

So yeah, he's one of the biggest threats in this fight.
