I would not be so sure - Arcann successfully deflected Valkorion lightning which destroyed entire fleets, and dominated Outlander and his sister Vaylin with the Force (the latter is able to pose significant threat to Yoda).

What does the green man have that can compare?

Force will be a hell for Yoda, he is more powerful and masterful, but Arcann's ability to defend against HoTlander-Valkorion's weakened Lightning demonstrates he can defend agaisnt anything Yoda can throw at him. It will last ages, lol.

Yoda wins sabers 10/10 in good fights, though. Same for all out.

It's definitely not a stop, but it's unarguably in Yoda's favor

tbh I think it's pretty much a stomp, given that Arcann is ~ Dooku IMHO.
