I am one of those rare individuals who thinks Vader and Luke were more or less equal swordsmen when it came to their famous showdown on the Death Star II. I know you don't hold Vader in very high regard, but the only arguments I've heard from you were in regards to ANH, after which he improved drastically. He has at least two feats that indicate parity between him and Dooku, mainly his duel with General Karbin, considered to be an improved Grievous by his maker, and him holding his own against Rage Luke (Zonakin+, as per RotJ novel). So sabers is where I can see Dooku losing. Force and all-out go to the Count, though.

If Vader held back in TK then chances are he held Back in Sabers as well.Don't worry, Luke will be the most powerful Jedi ever. He's just not there yet in ROTJ.
ROTJ takes place a few years after ESB, IIRC.
If anything, it looks more like Vader is getting beat down as of ROTJ, and that Luke is the obviously clear superior in their fight.
Luke was probably holding back as his mannerisms during the fight imply.
