Force: Dooku 6-7/10 - He can draw knowledge from both sides of the force and knows more tricks. Still a tough fight for the count.

Sabers: Windu 5-6/10 - Both have the same speed and endurance. It's still too close to really call but I'll give it to Windu with a form advantage. Dooku can't generate powerstrikes against Windu, and his juyo is too flawless to find many openings. If Windu gets sloppy though, Dooku will win.

All-Out: Honestly don't know. If their force abilities cancel each other out, I'll give it to Windu for the same reason as sabers.

I'm sure Windu could still draw off of Dooku via vaapad.

Windu, and he doesn't need some superconducting loop to do it.

Either would beat Bane.
