I don't know about most people, but I don't deal in A > B > C logic. I think Ahsoka loses because she really has no solid experience fighting any notable Form VI in Revan's ballpark.

That and the more I look at the Ahsoka vs Vader, the more clear it becomes clear to me that she did as well as she did only due to the distraction Kanan and Ezra provided. In a standard arena setting, the fight would have ended at that point Vader had TK'd her off the ledge and Vader would've left with no scratches and having only exerted moderate difficulty at most.
