Darth Nihilus vs. novel Vitiate

It's never reliably stated that Vitiate is the most powerful darksider to his time as of the novel.

It's heavily implied though, and it's obvious that Bioware's intent was to make Vitiate the most powerful Dark Side the galaxy had ever seen to that point.

By feats and hype Nihilus could drain him, but it's unlikely. The fact that any iteration of Revan is stated to be above Nihilus puts Vitiate far above him, but then again feats show otherwise for both.

Feat wise, Nihilus. Holistically, and hype supports Vitiate, though.

Dramath TPing as a little kid, One-shotting Revan and the mysterious council feat are all impressive in different ways and are arguably beyond Nihilus, but Vitiate just the same could not replicate some of Nihilus' feats so I agree that Nihilus' feats would ultimately be considered better.

Nah, Holistically Nihilus wins too. Hype might not support him given how little of it there is, but he should win this any way you look at it.

It is also possible that Vitiate sets the momentum of this battle and eliminates Darth Nihilus on a short notice.
