Shattering barriers =/= actually destroying the multiverse via reality warping or some other means. And guess who stopped him? IIRC, it was the certainly-not-Multiversal Corrigan Spectre, who absolutely humiliated him when they fought. 🙂

Superman is massively overrated. Feats are only one part of the equation.
