Operation: Knightfall: a detailed and supplementary book for RotS. Would focus more on Anakin's point of view and murder of the Jedi.

Boba Fett: Legacy. The book would go from DD all the way to the Dark Times-ish era that would follow Fett into manhood.

Plaguies would be killed by Sidious way before TPM, in fact id have him killed before Sidious took Maul on as an apprentice, that never did sit right with me, felt like it was all just crammed in.

I'd also create some busts during the Rule of Two. The idea that it functioned perfectly for all generations is pretty innocent.
